Is your fruits available for the whole year?
Nope. All of our fruits are from our own farm and it's seasonal fruits. We will make sure our customer received the freshest fruit direct from farm everyday during the season!
Which delivery area is covered?
Currently, we serve selected areas in Klang. You can check if S & J FARM FRUITS serves your location by contacting our number. Stay tuned! We will be coming to more areas soon!
How long does delivery take?
We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 2pm or you may choose a preferred delivery date start from the next day of purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will be notified in real-time when your order is packed, when it is on its way and when it has almost arrived.
What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
Kindly let us know if you won’t be around on the delivery date OR if we can’t contact you upon delivery, we will arrange for a re-attempt delivery (an RM20 charge will be imposed)
Oops! I've received an incorrect item.
Please provide us with photos of your item and include a short description along with your order number and send to OR send a message in the live chat. We will review the photo provided and we will advise our next action accordingly.
How do I review my receipt?
You will receive your e-receipt via email after you have received your delivery.
